Workouts
6 Min AMRAP
- 30 DUBS (sc = 30 singles or dubs) RX scale is 60 singles
- 20 ALT Synchro DB snatch 22.5/15kg (sc = 15/10kg)
- 10 Synchro Burpees over DB's
NOTE: The DUBS are split between the pair, all other reps are synchro. Both heads of the DB must touch the floor on the ALT DB snatches. Chest and thighs must touch the floor on the burpee and the athletes must travel over the DB not behind or in front, RX must jump over, scaled can step or jump.
E2:30 x 3 rounds:
- 15 Box jump overs 24/20" (sc can step)
- AMRAP DT in the remaining time (Synchro)
NOTE: Athletes choose the bar weights. Your score is reps completed x weight on both bars. For example if you complete 100 reps and your total bar weights combined were 75kg your score would be 7500 (100x75). Athletes will continue DT from where they were before each set of box overs.The lightest weights to be used for this event are 40/25.
DT is:
- 12 Deadlifts
- 9 Hang power cleans
- 6 Push jerks (any STO is fine)
In 5 minutes both athletes to establish:
- 1 Rep max hang snatch
NOTE: Your score is total weight of each athlete's best lift. Barbell clips must be used. Black plates must not be dropped. Athlete's may use either bar, or both. The hang must be above the knee.
After WOD 3, at 7:00 on the clock complete a 5 Min AMRAP of:
- 9 Synchro Thrusters 42.5/30kg (sc= 40/25kg)
- 12 Synchro TTB (sc = hanging knee raises)
- 9 Synchro Hang Snatches
- 12 Synchro Pistol squats (sc = Synchro reverse lunges)
NOTE: Barbells must NOT be dropped in this workout. Any dropped barbells = 5 burpees for both teammates
