About This Competition

Our 7th Year of the Rural Rumble has arrived.
Our Flagship Individual CrossFit Competition is BACK again for another amazing Year.
With More amazing events,  A brand NEW facilities, and the best Community we have ever had from all over NSW. We have never been more excited to bring you this competition. And this year we are opening up 2 New divisions.

The Rural Rumble is a one-day On site CrossFit event consisting of 4-6 Workouts.

  • When: Sat 7th September 2024
  • Where: CrossFit Gunnedah
  • 3/125 Mathias Rd Gunnedah

    There will be 5 divisions this year!
  • Beginner
  • Intermediate
  • Advanced
  • Masters 35-44
  • Masters 45+
  • Teens (14-17)

Workouts will be released between now and the week before the competition

WHAT else to expect: An amazing Fun day of celebration of the community and fitness.

No refunds will be offered. You may transfer your spot to another person.

Total Time Cap = 11mins


Adv = CTB Pull ups, 24/20" Box, 9/6kg Wall Ball
Int/Masters 35-44 = Pull ups, 24/20" Box, 9/6kg Wall Ball
Masters 45+/ Teens = Pull ups, 24/20" Box, 6/4kg Wall Ball
Beginners= Ring Rows, 20/20" Box, 6/4kg Wall Ball


This is a two part workout with 2 scores of equal weighting.

Masters 45+/ Teens 15/15kg DB/ TTB ** Athletes may choose 25 Front squats instead of OH Squats, and 30 Straight leg raises instead of 20 TTB

 

** For any athletes in Masters and beginners who medically can not run a substitution will be available
