About This Competition
Join CrossFit Katy for the Team Classic, a 4-person team competition, on October 21 at the Katy ISD LD Robinson Pavilion!
This will be a co-ed team competition, two men and two women.
Rx, Intermediate, Scaled, and Masters divisions are available. Masters division must be at least 40 by 10/21/23
Gather the troops and get ready!
In order to seed your team for a very special event at the 2023 Team Classic we are asking for a workout submission.
Team 5k Row
Details for the video: Have your team name on the video and each members name
Show the Rowers monitor with a 5000M countdown, after this the monitor should not leave the frame of the video When complete show the monitor
*Submit the video before October 15th *Counts for tiebreak and seeding for one of our events Steps to upload video:
1. Go to https://app.conquestevents.
2. In top right Log in: Enter your username or email and your password ** Forgot password: https://www.
3. Select Event “Team Classic 2023”
4. Go to the ACTIVITIES tab
5. Select the workout you want to track
6. Enter the score on the right part of the screen
7. Upload video ** make sure it's set to be public on YouTube
8. Click on the check mark to save scores
9. You're done!
