Workouts

4 rds for Time

Parnter "A" will start on Rower Parnter "B" will be running.

At 3-2-1 go partner A will start a sprint Row accumalating as many meters as possible . Parner "B" will simultainously start their shuttle run. Partners will switch as soon as partner  B finishes the run. Each time they switch that will be the finish of one round. Person Running must  touch the taped Line with feet behind the line. 

Teams will have 6min to accumilate a combined weight of a two rep Max Bear Complex. One Partner works at a time. 

Partner A and Parnter B will have 13 min to finish 

15-12-9 

Rope Climbs

Burpee Box Jump and Over 

Heavy sandbag toss over schoulder 

Partners Can switch at any Time.

RX: 150/100

Intermediate/Masteers: 100/75

Begginers: 75/50

Begginers: But climbs 

 

At 3-2-1 go both Partner "A" and Partner "B" will simultainously begin thier double unders. Partners cannot advance until they complete all reps of the movemnt that they are on. All movements must be done in syncronicity for the reps to count. When partners get to the deadlift they will both lift the same barbell at the same time.
