About This Competition

QUALIFIER

Anyone can register to participate in the online qualifier.

Three weeks - Three workouts

from Saturday, June 25, 2022 
until Saturday, July 16, 2022, 12:00 CET

Athetes who want to advance to the finals must film their workouts. We will ask for videos from qualifying athletes.

 

WORKOUT RELEASE DATES

Workout 1 - June 25, 2022 @ 12:00pm

Workout 2 - July 02, 2022 @ 12:00pm

Workout 3 - July 09, 2022 @ 12:00pm

The deadline is always 7 days after the release of each workout.

Masters 35+ Scaled - Men/Woman

The best 20 athletes of each division will be invited to the finals.

 

MOVEMENT STANDARDS

RX:

Clean - 50kg/40kg

Snatch - 40kg/30kg

Double Unders

DB movements @ 22,5/15kg

T2B

C2B

Bar Muscle Ups (at the end of the workout)

HS Walk (at the end of the workout)
