We are hosting our first in-house competition! A fun day for all of our members to join in on!
FORMAT:
Same-sex pairs- (must be a member at OneFive)
One division- workouts will be accessible for all fitness levels.
EXTRAS:
Dress up theme – go wild! Prize for best dressed (voted by your fellow athletes).
Sausage Sizzle afterwards
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Workouts
BURN TO BREAK
This one is 10-minutes overall, broken into two 5-minute parts:
Part a:
As many rounds as possible of:
-16 Ground to Overhead
-12 Burpee Over Box(it doesn’have to be a jump)
You go, I go style. One of you works, one of you rests- then switch as needed. Move fast and hang on.
BURN TO BREAK
This one is 10-minutes overall, broken into two 5-minute parts:
Part B:
Immediately after part A both partners work to find your max clean and jerk.

YOU GO I GO
10MINUTE TIME CAP
Max Calories on the rower while you take turns with your partner completing part B
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible within the 10min time cap. Done in conjuction with part A, 1 partner rows 1 partner working on the par B.
