Join us for the 2nd Annual Central Florida Championship taking place at a brand new venue. This year we will be taking our competition to Valor Fitness Outlet in Lakeland.
Back from last year is our co-ed teams of two division however, this year we have also added an individual's division.

In the team divisions, the female athletes will go first. Once they find their 3 rep max, the male will go. The bar and the weights must be reset before the time is up.
