About This Competition

1 Day, 3 Workouts, 1 Max Lift 

Compete as a Team: 

Co-Ed Teams of Two;  One Male, One Female 

Scaled, Intermediate, or RX

Compete as an Individual: 

Scaled, Intermediate, or RX 

 

Join us for the 2nd Annual Central Florida Championship taking place at a brand new venue. This year we will be taking our competition to Valor Fitness Outlet in Lakeland. 

Back from last year is our co-ed teams of two division however, this year we have also added an individual's division. 

Join us for the competition, festivities, local vendors, and more! 

Movement Standards: 

Scaled: 

-Hanging Knee Raises

-Bear Crawls 

-D-ball Carry over box (50/30)

-D-ball Cleans (50/30)

-Burpee Box Jump Over (step over) (20")

-Running and Rowing

Intermediate: 

-Toes to Bar

-Bear Crawls 

-D-Ball Carry over box (70/50)

-D-Ball Cleans (70/50)

-Burpee Box Jump Over (24"/20")
