About This Competition
This summer, we welcome two new divisions to the competition floor, it's going to be a huge weekend at CrossFit USC
VENUE : UNITY Strength & Conditioning, Unit 2, Ringtail Road, Burscough Industrial Estate, Ormskirk, L40 8JY
DATE : Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th July 2026
Mixed sex pairs in: Beginners, Scaled & RX
Individuals in two teen categories : 12-14 years & 15-17 years
SATURDAY - Beginners & Scaled teams
SUNDAY - RX teams & Teens individuals
Please check division categories for standards and weights expected on competition day
Workouts will be released the week before the event, so keep an eye on our social media.
