About This Competition
Four seasons presents it 2024 summer Throwdown at CrossFit Medway, this will be an inclusive event for all with optional RX movements should you wish to do them.
Grab your team of 6!
Teams must consist of a minimum of 2 females or 2 males in a team, as long as the team remains mixed, the rest is up to you!
and get yourself ready, a DJ will keep the day pumping with a photographer to capture all your best moments throughout the day.
Movement Standards: (this is only a guide and is not a definitive list of what will be included)
Barbell Thrusters 30 /40
Deadlift 60/90
Kettlebell Swings 12/16 - 16/24
Dumbbell 10 / 15 - 15 / 22.5
Worm 70Kg - 2/3 team members
Box Jumps 20/24
Pull ups - 2 athletes
