About This Competition
Calling all RX, scaled, and masters 40+ athletes. Join us a CrossFit Oyster Point for an awesome day of competition. Two person and three person teams will complete three WODs and one floater in this single day event.
EVENT SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:
FLOATER ANNOUNCEMENT on Friday at 6pm via Instagram livestream
Doors open on Saturday 8/27 at 7am
Athlete check in from 7-8am
Athlete briefing at 8am
First heat starts at 8:30am
Last heat ends around 1pm
Podium tentatively 20-30 minutes after last heat

WORKOUT 1 -
Buy In: 30 burpees over bar
21-15-9
Thrusters
Toes to bar
- 12 minute time cap -
RX: 95/65
Scaled/Masters 40+: 75/55, scale toes to bar to knees above parallel
Workout Flow
2-person teams: Buy In and 21-15-9 reps will be synchronized between both partners. When one athlete rests, both rest.
3-person teams: Buy In and 21-15-9 reps will be synchronized between two partners on the team, one athlete rests while the two work. The resting athlete can swap in at any time.
Score is TIME COMPLETED, if the team gets CAPPED it is CAP + reps remaining

AMRAP 8
30 Double-Unders (45 Single-Unders)
20 Box Jumps
10 Power Cleans
RX: Double-Unders, Box Jumps (24"/20"), Power Cleans (165/105)
Scaled/Masters 40+: Single-Unders, Box Step-Ups (24"/20"), Power Cleans (105/75)
Workout Flow
2-person teams: Each partner has to complete one round each, then the athletes can partition the rounds however they choose.
3-person teams: Each partner has to complete one round each, then the athletes can partition the rounds however they choose.
For example - Parter one completes one round, Partner two completes one round, Partner three completes one round. Now they decide that Partner one will do all the double-under, Partner two will do all the box jumps, and Partner three will do all the power cleans.
Score is TOTAL REPS COMPLETED
WORKOUT 3 -
For Time:
3-6-9-12-15
Partner Deadlifts
Team runs 200m between sets (50m = 1 rep)
- 12 minute time cap -
RX: Deadlifts (405/305)
Scaled/Masters 40+: Deadlifts (275/185)
Workout Flow
2-person teams: Both partners use one bar for the deadlifts and pull at the same time. They also run the 200m together to complete the round.
3-person teams: Two athletes use one bar for the deadlifts and pull at the same time. All three athletes run the 200m together to complete the round.
Score is TIME COMPLETED, if the team gets CAPPED it is CAP + reps remaining
2-PERSON TEAMS
FLOATER Workout -
Athlete one completes: 2 minutes on the rower for max CALORIES
Athlete two completes: 3 minutes on the rower for max CALORIES
Workout Flow
The monitor will be reset between athletes to confirm an accurate amount of calories completed in the allotted time period.
The 2 MINUTE max calories will be the tiebreaker, if needed, for the podium placers.
Score is MAX CALORIES in the allotted time.
3-PERSON TEAMS
FLOATER Workout -
Athlete one completes: 2 minutes on the rower for max CALORIES
Athlete two completes: 3 minutes on the rower for max CALORIES
Athlete three completes: 4 minutes on the rower for max CALORIES
