About This Competition

The Adaptive CrossFit Semi Finals by WheelWOD is the second stage of qualifying for the Adaptive CrossFit Games by WheelWOD. 

May 8 - May 13, 2024

This competition is virtual. You will have from Wednesday (May 8th) to Monday (May 13th) to complete all workouts. Each workout must be recorded on video and submitted with scores to be eligible to be considered to qualify for the Semi-Finals.

More information on video submission requirements will be released with the workouts. Please read instructions carefully!


The top 20 of each division from the Open will be invited to advance to Semi Finals
