WOD 2
1 rep max - deadlift
last athlete standing. Athletes will each in turn lift, every round the bar will get heavier. Ascending Ladder style to achieve athletes 1RM.
Choose your lane - each lane will have a set start and end weight. By the end of the athletes breifing you must notify which lane you will join.
There will be a maximum of 11 rounds approximately 3 minutes apart in which athletes will compete in a killer style round robin. Athletes will have 15s to enter the box lift and exit ready for the next athlete.
Athletes will have a maximum of two attepts per weight, after a failed attepmt the athlete joins the back of the queue and will be allowed one final attempt, if incomplete the athlete is eliminated.
