Veterans nonprofit Pancakes For Roger is teaming up with Dutch Kills Fitness for an awesome day of friendly competition to support Veteran's empowerment initiatives on February 4, 2024.
75 bucks gets each competitor an entry ticket into one of our divisions, a sweet tee shirt*, other cool swag, and a chance at winning a prizes for first, second, or third place! 🥇🥈🥉
Pancakes For Roger supports the Veteran's Law Clinic at Mizzou, an organization dedicated to helping veterans throughout the country in need with discharge upgrades and Department of Veterans Affairs disability compensation claims - free of charge.
Nitty Gritty
- Individuals only, no teams (this time)
- 1 entry per person
- Individuals over 16 only
- No pets please (we love them, but we don't want them getting injured!)
- No refunds, no substitutions

Clean and Jerk Ladder + Front Squat Max Effort
Each athlete ascends the clean and jerk ladder until completed or failure.
At completion or failure, the competitor will clean the last successful weight and complete maximum effort of front squats.
75 SECONDS to Complete:
1 Clean and Jerk (weight 1)
1 Clean and Jerk (weight 2)
1 Clean and Jerk (weight 3)
1 Clean and Jerk (weight 4)
1 Clean and Jerk (weight 5)
Men RX: 165 / 185 / 205 / 225 / 245

Tie Break: AMRAP Front Squat at Final Successful Lift

Mens RX
- 10 Weighted Step Overs Dumbbells 50lb(x2) to 20-inch box
- 15 Wallball - 20lb
- 15 Deadlift - 225lb
Womens RX
- 10 Weighted Step Overs Dumbbells 35lb(x2) to 20-inch box
- 15 Wallball - 14lb
- 15 Deadlift - 155lb
Mens Scaled
- 10 Weighted Step Overs Dumbbells 35lb(x2) to 20-inch box
- 15 Wallball - 20lb
- 15 Deadlift - 185lb
Womens Scaled
- 10 Weighted Step Overs Dumbbells 20lb(x2) to 20-inch box
- 15 Wallball - 14lb
- 15 Deadlift - 125lb
