AMRAP in 15:
50 lateral line hops
10 air squats
10 tuck jumps
10 burpees

AMRAP in 15:
50 single unders
10 wallballs (14/10)
10 box step-ups (24/20)
10 alternating dumbbell snatches (35/20)

RX (PERFORMANCE)
AMRAP in 15:
50 double unders
10 wallballs (20/14)
10 box jumps (24/20)
10 alternating dumbbell snatches (50/35)

AMRAP in 15:
50 single unders
10 wallballs (10/6)
10 box step-ups (20/16)
10 alternating dumbbell snatches (20/15)

This one's a little more complicated, so try to follow along:
- Each athlete will have 8 minutes to build to a heavy 1 rep max clean or snatch (power and squat are both acceptable for either lift). NOT 8 minutes shared between teammates.
- In those 8 minutes, athletes are free to test whatever lift they want... or both, but don't forget about that 8 minute cap.
- Each teammate will submit a lift to count towards their score (If Partner 2 is a stronger lifter than Partner 1, Partner 2 cannot submit for the snatch and the clean-- One lift needs to be submitted by Partner 1).
- In those 8 minutes, athletes are encouraged to build in weight, but CANNOT drop down. For example, if Partner 1 is worried about the 8 minute cap and rushes to snatch 95lbs and misses the lift, the athlete CANNOT drop to 90lbs. Only building up in weight-- No droppin'!
