Workouts
10 Minute Time Cap: Complete for time: 40-30-20 Dumbbell swings (overhead), 5-10-15 Dumbbell burpees, 10-20-30 Dumbbell 1-arm overhead lunges. Division 1: Boys - 55#; Girls - 35#, Division 2: Boys - 45#; Girls - 30#, Division 3: Boys - 35#; Girls - 25#. Athletes may switch at any time.
8 Minute Time Cap: Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of: 9 Dumbbell Thrusters, 15 Deadlifts, Division 1: Boys - 55#/225#; Girls - 35#/155#, Division 2: Boys - 45#/185#; Girls - 30#/125#, Division 3: Boys - 35#/135#; Girls - 25#/95#, 1 barbell per team. Athletes may switch at any time.
10 Minute time cap: For 10 minutes: 3 Snatches, AMRAP Wall Ball shots for rest of minute. Division 1: Boys - 135#/20#; Girls - 95#/14#, Division 2: Boys - 115#/20#; Girls - 80#/14#, Division 3: Boys - 95#/20#; Girls - 65#/14#. 1 athlete at each station. 2 barbells per team. Athletes may only switch stations 1 time.
