About This Competition
The Hampshire Hustle - Winter Edition 2024.
After a long hiatus, we are excited to announce the 4th Edition of The Hampshire Hustle taking place on 3rd February 2024, for mixed teams of 2 males and 2 females.
For this event, there will be two categories to choose from, Fitness and Performance.
Please note some movement standards for you to have a look at and choose accordingly.

There will be 15 teams available in each category, with a minimum age of 16 years old.
Both categories will compete on the Saturday, with the “Fitness” taking the stage for most of the morning and finishing up after lunch. The Performance cat will start a little later, and compete in the afternoon - so you won’t need to hang around for the full day.
