About This Competition

For 5 weeks, starting October 27th, you will have a chance to participate in a series of workouts to test your fitness, see your progress and compete against yourself and all the members of our gym.  This is a fun competition, with only our members, that creates great community spirit, encouragement and motivation! We will be releasing the first workout on Thursday, October 27th and you will have until the following Monday to submit your scores.

Prizes for podium finishers in both divisions.

So get registered, train, and get ready to compete and fun!!!

With the CrossFit Open around the corner, this is a great way to get excited and get ready for it!!
