About This Competition

Join us for our CFD Christmas Classic on December 14th! This competion is open to all CrossFit affiliate athletes in the Washington area. 

TEAMS OF 2 - any combo (ages 18+)

We have spots for 16 RX teams, 16 scaled teams, PLUS 8 Masters teams (age 40+)

Registration closes on December 7th!

**The deadline to register to get a shirt in your swag bag has now passed. Any registrations after 11/27 will not recieve athlete shirts in their swag bags!**

30 syncronized single-arm DB thrusters (alternate every 5 reps)

30 pull-ups*

30 syncronized DB snatches (alternating hands each rep)

100 calorie ski (M/M) | 85 cal (M/F) | 70 cal (F/F)

 

Standards:

RX - 50/35 DB

Scaled/Masters - 35/20 DB, *x2 ring rows

15 min running clock

First 12 min - One partner completes one full round of:

12 deadlifts +

9 hang squat cleans +

6 shoulder to overhead press

RX - 115/75 | Scaled+Masters - 95/65

Other partner completes max air bike calories

-switch partners after each round of the full barbell complex

*Score is the total number of barbell complex rounds completed AND the total number of AB calories completed (2 scores entered for this part)

Last 3 min - Max syncronized burpee over barbell

15 minute running clock:

A) 5 minute max wall ball ladder by 5s (each partner starts with 10 reps and adds 5 reps each additional round)

B) 5 minute to establish a 3 rep max touch and go power clean

C) 5 minute max ring muscle-ups or toes to rings (4 TTR=1 muscle up)
