3 Sets, For Max Reps

5:00 minute AMRAP, 1:00 minute Rest

  • 15/10 HR Push-Ups (Each), completed synchro , male/female synchro to 10, then men complete 5 more

  • 150m Swim (Total) *min = 50m/partner

  • Max Synchro Dumbbell Thrusters 50/35lb in the remaining time

Penalty for walking in the pool = extra 10 push-ups per partner on the next round. In the final round, push-ups will be done prior to max thrusters. 


Intermediate

3 Sets, For Max Reps

5:00 minute AMRAP, 1:00 minute Rest

  • 10/7 push-up - *Athletes can slink up

  • 100m Swim, 50/each

  • Max Synchro Dumbbell Thrusters 35/25lb in the remaining time

Penalty for walking in the pool = extra 10 push-ups per partner on the next round. In the final round, push-ups will be done prior to max thrusters.

Each partner must complete 15-12-9 of their own same weight unbroken within the 10:00 minutes

150 Wall Balls 20/14lb, 10/9ft target

*every break perform 5 synchro burpees plate

Toes to bar have to be 5 alternating reps while partner hangs from pull-up bar. 

Handstand push-ups must be 5 alternating reps while partner holds handstand.
