15/10 HR Push-Ups (Each), completed synchro , male/female synchro to 10, then men complete 5 more
150m Swim (Total) *min = 50m/partner
Max Synchro Dumbbell Thrusters 50/35lb in the remaining time
Penalty for walking in the pool = extra 10 push-ups per partner on the next round. In the final round, push-ups will be done prior to max thrusters.
