About This Competition

OUTTRAIN / F45 Exclusive to be held at Edinurgh West F45


Outtrain hosts F45 for a team based functional fitness competition


A series of workouts : all functional movements, think Dumbbells, Rowers, Sandbags , the odd bit of running.


Starting around 11.30 and into the afternoon, teams will be working in a work / rest format.


The workouts will test your team work and your endurance


Featuring DJ vibes, Tenzing and other partners, Goodie bags and winners prizes.,


Crepes, Pizza and Coffee on site spectators welcome and can come for free

P 2,3 must complete these movements until the bike is finished.


Scored on Distance & squat reps. Athletes can only swap when bike is finished.

Mins 6 - 15 complete chipper along side the bike.
