The 4th Annual Fall Brawl is a 3 person, same sex CrossFit competition. There will be a scaled and Rx division for both Men and Women divisions.

Workouts

“Barbell Rodeo”


With a 15 minute running clock, at the call of “3,2,1 GO!”


Partner 1 will build to a 1RM Snatch. When desired, Partner 2 will build to a 1RM clean, but must start at the heaviest made snatch of partner 2. Partner 3 will then build to a 1RM shoulder to overhead, again starting at the heaviest made clean. 


Teams may use the time as they desire, but may not return to a previous lift once the next partner starts. 


Score will be the combined weight of the heaviest made lifts for each partner.

 

 

“Speedy”- Every 2 minutes for 24 minutes

8 wall balls (20/14) 10/9ft target Scaled 9/8 ft target

8 deadlifts (95/65) Scaled- (75/55)

8 power cleans (95/65) Scaled- (75/55)

8 shoulder to overhead (95/65) Scaled- (75/55)

Max calories rowed in remaining time 


Working in 2 minute increments. 


Person one will complete the chipper and then move to max calories in the remaining 2 minutes. At the two minute mark, athlete two will begin and so on. Score will be total calories for the team.

18 Pull-ups- Scaled- Ring Row

 

Workout 3 will lead into workout 4 after 2 minute rest or at 8 minute mark.

42 Toes to Bar- Scaled- Knee raises

15 OHS (115/75) Scaled- Front Squats (85/65)

Rest in time remaining. Workout 5 begins at 16 minute mark
