About This Competition
The Quad Sports and Fitness will be hosting its first ever
The Inferno Fueled By Forge Fitness on September 28, 2019.
This event will be held at the Quad Sports and Fitness in Birmingham, AL and be in association with local fire departments in the Greater Birmingham Area.
ALL PROCEEDS will be DONATED to two separate charities: A4One and Camp Conquest.
These two charities have been specifically chosen because of their missions and leadership teams.
The divisions for the competition are two-person teams consisting of Rx, Scaled, or Mater's (35+) division (M/M, F/F).
Come out and support these two amazing charities in a competition that will bring the heat!

*The hose pull is done in tandem
*The d-ball must go over the shoulder and then the burpee can be performed

*The dumbbell may be held in any fashion for the step-overs
*You do not have to open up your hips on the dumbbell step-overs
*Both feet must touch the surface of the box before stepping down
*The dumbbell must touch the floor to start each rep of the snatch
*The completion time of the workout is a score, and the max accumulated calories is a score
