About This Competition

With 2 opens in 2019, we thought we would do something a little different for this one. We are going to split you up in to tribes. Each Clan will be headed up by a coach. Each week you will complete the open work out and have your score entered in to this competition. Then all of the scores will be combined for a total Clan scores. At the end we will have a big party and celebrate. Your week by week scores for the open results will be stored on this leaderboard. As normal, you can pick a chose whether you do Rx or Scaled as you do the open workout.

For Rx Beginning on an 8-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of: 25 toes-to-bars 50 double-unders 15 squat cleans, 38.5Kg (85 lb.) 25 toes-to-bars 50 double-unders 13 squat cleans, 92Kg (115 lb.) If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to: 25 toes-to-bars 50 double-unders 11 squat cleans, 66Kg (145 lb.) If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to: 25 toes-to-bars 50 double-unders 9 squat cleans, 80Kg (175 lb.) If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to: 25 toes-to-bars 50 double-unders 7 squat cleans, 93Kg (205 lb.) Stop at 20 minutes. For Scaled Beginning on an 8-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of: 25 hanging knee-raises 50 single-unders 15 squat cleans, 25Kg (55 lb.) 25 hanging knee-raises 50 single-unders 13 squat cleans, 34 Kg (75 lb.)
