About This Competition
Grab a partner and get ready for an awesome day of competition.
We will be hosting an In-House Same Sex Partner Competition. This is your chance to show everyone just how hard you have been working.
With a RX and Scaled division there will be something for everyone. There will not be any crazy skills or gymnastics movements in any division so everyone will be able to do everything. So lets challange ourselves and try something you wouldn't normally try!
There will be three (3) events throughout the day. We will be running heats so you will be competing alongside your competitors.
So grab your partner, lets open those garage doors and throwdown for the day!

Workouts
FOR TOTAL WEIGHT:
In 6 Minutes Establish the heaviest total in the following complex:
Clean + Front Squat + Jerk + Front Squat + Jerk
Both partners will complete the complex as heavy as possible. Your score will be both partners heaviest lifts added together.
NOTE: You may not decrease the weight on the bar at any point.
Scaled:
In 6 Minutes Establish the heaviest total in the following:
2 Front Squats

Both partners will complete the front squats as heavy as possible. Your score will be both partners heaviest lifts added together.

For Time:
1000m Ski
50 Alternating DB Snatch 50/35#
40 Pull-ups
30 Synchro Burpee Over Bar
20 Dumbell Bench Press 2x50/35#
10/each D-Ball Cleans 125/80#
** Split Reps However **
Teams will complete all movements in order and can split the reps however they wish. Each movement must be complete before moving onto the next movement.
The D-Ball cleans is 10 reps each partner and is preformed you go I go style. The time is stopped once the final D-Ball clean is complete

** Start and End every round with 5 Synchro Shuttle Runs **
Teams will start with 5 synchro shuttle runs. Once complete, teams will complete 21 wallballs and 21 box jump overs. Teams can share the reps however. Once the round of 21 is complete, teams will complete 5 synchro shuttle runs and continue to the round of 18. Teams will repeat the same for the round of 15.
The time will stop once teams finish the 5th synchro shuttle run after the round of 15.
