Part 2
One round each
A) 15m HSW
B) Front Rack Hold (80/65kg)
Part 3
One round each
A) 5 Rope Climbs (15ft)
B) Over Head Hold (60/45kg)
Each Athlete will complete 1 round of "A" While they are completing "A" their partner will mainatain "B". If the partner at "B" drops the bar, the athlete working on A's reps will stop counting.

15 DB Box Step Overs (24/20") (22.5/15kg)
Max Cal on Assault bike.
Switch out with your partner every 2:30.
-1 Cal for any reps not completed leading up to the bike.
Share the following Reps However you like.
90 WBS @9/6kg
45 Hang Power Snatches @50/35kg
22 Ring Muscle Ups
There is a 1 rep minimum per athlete for each movement
All reps of the each movement must be completed before moving on to the next movement.
In the event of a tie, your tiebreak will be the how fast you finish the 45 hang power snatches
10min to establish a team total
