Athletes A+B complete as many DB Devil Press as possible in 2 mins

Workout 3 - “Quad Pump”

  AMRAP 12


Forward Sled run (30kg) - All athletes, 1 length each (5 reps per length)

20 x Sandbag Lunges (30/20kg) - 2 Athletes, syncro

20 x Worm S2OH (50kg) - 2 Athletes, synchro

20 x KB Swings Syncro (24/16kg) - 2 Athletes, synchro

C+D AMRAP dumbbell Ground to Overhead in 2 mins


Score 1 = total reps in 12 mins 

Score 2 = total reps in 2 mins

Workout 4 - "Start Strong, Finish Strong"

Every 3 minutes X 4 Rounds


Backward sled pull x 2 lengths

Jerry can 2 lengths

Max ‘Burpee jump through the tyre’ in remaining time


Round 2 - 4 lengths Sled drag, 4 lengths Jerry Can

Round 3 - 6 lengths Sled drag, 6 lengths Jerry Can

Round 4 - 8 lengths Sled drag, 8 lengths Jerry Can



1 min rest then:

Team relay - obstacle course


Score 1 = Total reps

Score 2 = time to complete

Workout 1 “No Hiding Place"

15 Worm Clean

15 Worm Front squat

15 Over worm burpee (facing the worm)


2 Athletes performing (1 Male / 1 Female)

Sandbag Carry around the arena


Pairs must switch each time they complete a full lap of the arena.


Score 1 = Total reps accumulated on the Worm

Score 2 = Reps accumulated on the run (scoring sections will be visible)

Workout 1 “No Hiding Place"

12 min AMRAP 


2 Athletes performing (1 Male / 1 Female)

15 Worm Clean

15 Worm Front squat

15 Over worm burpee (facing the worm)
