  • 8 front rack alternating lunges (135/95lbs)
  • 12 box jump overs (24/20")
  • 16 wallball shots (20/14lbs)

TIME CAP 25

COMPLETE AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE IN

9 minutes of: 

4 double hop burpee over dumbbells

4 double dumbbell hang clean and jerk

*Add 2 reps after each completed set 

FOR MAX WEIGHT

3 total rounds of:

AMRAP 1 MIN

Max reps wall walks

immediately into

2 MINUTES TO FIND 1 REP MAX

Snatch + Hang snatch

2 min rest between rounds

*Every wall walk performed will add 1 pound to score

3.1 FOR MAX LOAD

7 minutes to find 1 rm of

3 deadlifts

2 hang squat cleans

1 shoulder to overhead

immediately into

3.2 FOR TIME

No Time cap - as long as it takes

5 rounds of:

12 Deadlifts

9 hang Power cleans

6 Push jerks

3.1 FOR MAX LOAD

7 minutes to find 1 rm of

3 deadlifts

2 hang squat cleans

1 shoulder to overhead

immediately into

3.2 FOR TIME

No Time cap - as long as it takes

5 rounds of:
