About This Competition

Same Sex Pairs Competiton held at FCT ☠

12 intermediate and 12 RX spaces (for Male and Females)

Movement Standards:

💥 RX

Gymnastics Movements:

  • Toes to Bar
  • Pull Ups
  • Chest to Bar
  • Bar Muscle Ups

Barbell Movements;

  • Back Squats~ F55/ M85kg Minimum 
  • Pressing ~ 2x15kg/ 2x30kg Minimum
  • GTOH~ F40/M60kg Minimum
  • Deadlifts ~ F45kg/M60kg Minimum

💥 INTERMEDIATE 

Gymnastics Movements 

  • Toes to Bar Variations (Toes to Bar or Knees to chest)
  • Pull Up Variations (butterfly, kipping or jumping)

*Please note, the lower skill element chosen will come with an increased repetition range. 

Barbell Movements;

  • Back Squats~ F45/ M60kg Minimum 
  • Pressing ~ 2x10kg/ 2x22.5kg Minimum
  • GTOH~ F30kg/M42.5kg Minimum
  • Deadlifts ~ F30kg/M45kg Minimum

What else to expect:

Mixture of Functional Fitness elements including Ergs, Double Unders (option for single skips in Intermediate at a higher repetition range), Box Jumps and more...

Workouts

BATMAN (top 3 teams from each division go into the final)

4 rounds (IGYG sets x 2 each) - 12 DB deadlifts 9 BB shoulder to over head 6 bar muscle ups (female RX share the 6 muscle ups each round) 

36-27 calorie ski (tie breaker time)

2 rounds (split however) 36 DB deadlifts 27 STOH 18 BMUs (12 female RX)

RX WEIGHTS - DB 30-22.5KG / BB 55-35KG 

INT. WEIGHTS - DB 22.5/15KG / BB 42.5/30KG 

INTERMEDITE - BURPEE PULL UPS INSTEAD OF MUSCLE UPS  

10 intervals of work / 5 each (90 seconds on 90 seconds off, partners alternate between working and resting each interval) 

RX - 50 double unders 10 burpee box jumps, any remaining time, 1 x hang power clean 

INT - 35 double unders OR 70 single skips 7 burpee box jumps, any remaining time, 1 x hang power clean 

SCORING - Total combined weight of all 10 hang power cleans (1 effort per interval, a fail is 0kg for that interval) 

Barbell weights can go up or down and be changed at any point increasing or decreasing loads each interval 

For time (AFAP) - RX MEN & WOMEN 

50 pull ups 

2 rounds of 10 sycnro barbell ground to over head (snatch or clean & jerk) into 50 wallballs 

50 C2B pull ups (35 reps female RX)

2 rounds of 10 syncro barbell ground to over head (snatch or clean & jerk) into 50 wallballs

BARBELL WEIGHT 55-35kg / WALLBALL 9-6kg
