About This Competition
CF Belleville turns up the heat again this summer with our 6th Annual Summer Throwdown and we want you there! With such a successful turnout in previous years, incredible display of athleticism, a load of fun, we’re bringing this Co Ed partner competition back!
Including both Scaled and Rx divisions! 4 Events, $130+HST per team, Awesome Prizes and Vendor Village!

Ringer 1
30-20-10 reps for time of:
Assault bike (calories)
Toes-to-rings
Time cap: 7 Minutes
1 Minute Transition, then:
Ringer 2
15-10-5 reps for time of:
Burpees
Overhead squats (Rx 135/95, Scaled 75/55)
Time cap: 5 minutes
Ringer 1
30-20-10 reps for time of:

Toes-to-rings
Time cap: 7 Minutes
1 Minute Transition, then:
Ringer 2
15-10-5 reps for time of:
Burpees

Summer Throwdown Event #2: “GIVE ‘ER TAKE”
Event 2 is a weight lifting ladder of 9 rounds. Athletes will have 1 minute to successfully complete a lift and move on.
The ladder will be weighted as follows:
Women RX
Women Scaled
Men RX
Men Scaled
Athletes will have the choice to complete 1 of the following three movements:
Thrusters, Clean, Deadlift
A successful thruster is worth 5 points
A successful clean (power or squat is worth 2 points
A successful deadlift is worth 1 point
Notes:
- athletes must state to their judge what lift they are attempting
- once you have attempted a clean, you can no longer attempt a thruster. Once you have attempted a deadlift. You can no longer attempt to do a clean or thruster
- if an athlete states they are attempting a thruster but cannot complete one. They can attempt another type of lift in the remaining time.

12 Push Press (Rx: 115/85, Scaled: 95/65)

4 Ring Muscle Ups (Scaled: 1 Pull-up + 1 push up per muscle up)
