About This Competition
We started the RGV Army Throwdown to build community relations between the Army and our surrounding communities throughout the RGV. Your support for all of us in the armed forces has always been unwavering. So we here in the Army decided it was time for us to return the favor and show you that all of your support does not go unnoticed by putting on this event free of charge for everyone. We had our first throwdown 2 years ago, and with your support, we are now able to host our second event and will continue to do so throughout the valley!
In the Army, elite teams are forged through hard work, perseverance, staying mentally alert, physically strong, morally straight, never accepting defeat, and above all, never failing our comrades. The RGV Army Throwdown requires all of those attributes from your team to fight on to the objective and triumph over all.
