1 Day, 4 Guaranteed Workouts, 1 Finals Throwdown

 

Compete as a Team:

Teams of 3 (MMM/FFF) Three Divisions (Rx/Intermediate/Scaled)

3 Team Workouts, 1 Floater Workout to be completed at a designated time, 1 Finals Workout for Top 5 Teams in each Division 

 

Compete as an Individual:

Individual (Rx Division only)

3 Individual Workouts, 1 Floater Workout to be completed at designated time, 1 Finals Workout for Top 5 Individual Athletes
