Pit Fitness Ranch Elite Teen Throwdown, a CrossFit® Licensed Event
About This Competition

The Elite Teen Throwdown is an annual CrossFit® competition exclusively for athletes ages 14-19 held over Labor Day weekend in Southwest Michigan.
The Throwdown features the rugged diversity of our 65-acre fitness ranch, a former gravel pit with woods and water, sand and hills and our 10,000-SQ FT gym, Triple River CrossFit.
The Elite Teen Throwdown offers divisions for three different age groups and gives athletes the ability to compete against peers with similar skill and experience levels. Up to 200 athletes total over three days.
FRIDAY, SEPT. 2: Our "Junior Varsity" division will be presented with multiple tests on the opening day of the Throwdown. Programming is challenging, and the energy is high. A great opportunity for many athletes to hit new PRs and achieve some "firsts!"
SATURDAY-SUNDAY, SEPT. 3-4: The "Varsity" divisions are for those with a little more experience, advanced skills, and ready to move some big weight. The Varsity events span from Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon. The intensity is REAL.

The Pit Fitness Ranch Elite Teen Throwdown is the only U.S. CrossFit® competition exclusively for teenagers. Nestled in the woods and water of southwest Michigan, the annual Throwdown is a coveted opportunity for rookie teenage athletes to gain ground and for elite athletes to showcase their talent among their friends.
