Workouts

One 400m - For Time

At 100m mark - 40 DB Deadlifts

At 200m mark - 30 DB Thrusters

At 300m mark - 20 Devils Press

SPRINT to Finish


Here's the Deal:

-Teammates travel together and split the reps in any way necessary **Scaled teams will have a shorter distance

-Weights will be at the 100m mark and athletes will bring them to the 200 and 300m marks

-Score is TIME when BOTH athletes have crossed the finish line

-DB Weights: 
RX 50/35
Intermediate & Masters 40/30
Scaled 35/20

Within 11 Minutes-
Part 1:
40 Snatches

Directly into Part 2:
Snatch Complex-

**Two Scores - Part 1 (time) and Part 2 (combined heaviest completed complex)**

WEIGHTS:
135/95 - RX Teams
115/75 - Intermediate and Masters Teams
95/65 - Scaled Women's Teams

Here's the deal:
- Snatches can be power or squat for both parts
- Part 1 - Divide the work as needed
- Part 2 - With whatever time remains, partners take attempts at the complex. Partners do not need to hit the same weight attempts. 
- Score for Part 1 is TIME - complete the 40 snatches as fast as possible. Score for Part 2 is LBS - we will add together the heaviest completed complex of each partner for a single total weight.

-KBS are American style. 
-Harder ring rows will place the athlete's feet further under the rig. Taped lines will designate foot placement for each section.
