Our competitions bring strong, powerful women together to compete in an event that also raises money for breast cancer research and awareness.

No qualifiers - just register
Single day event - 4 Workouts + 1 Fundraising Score
Two Athlete Divisions:
Rx: Cycle a bar at 48kg and deadlifts at no more than 80kg.
Bar Muscle-ups, Pull-ups, Toes to rings/bar, DU, Box Jumps to 20" Box are possibly performed by some or all of the team
BAM (Badass In the Making): Otherwise our 'scaled' division; athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners.
All Scaled and no surprises. There may be the odd challenge in there but do not worry just have fun. Cycling a bar at 30kg and deadlifts no more than 50kg.
Registration:
€150 per team
We have a strict no-refund policy, however your team ticket or individual team spaces are transferrable should you or a team member be unable to attend.
Fundraising:
Your donation will fund breast cancer survivors' wellness within local communities and provide breast health education for coaches and trainers.

Partners 2 & 3: Synchro Burpee Box Jump Overs (20") untill 40 reps are completed
Score A) Rounds + Reps of Single Unders & Deadlifts
Score B) Time to complete 40 Synchro Burpee Box Jump Overs
*Partners MUST rotate after every round of double unders and deadlifts (each partner must complete 1 round minimum). When burpee box jump overs are completed, all three partners can rotate through rounds of double unders and deadlifts until time is up*

AMRAP 10:
Partner 1: 50 Single Unders + 10 Deadlifts (95lb)
Partners 2 & 3: Synchro Burpee Box Jump Overs/Step-Overs (20") untill 40 reps are completed
Score A) Rounds + Reps of Single Unders & Deadlifts
Score B) Time to complete 40 Synchro Burpee Box Jump Overs
