About This Competition

ANNUAL IN HOUSE COMPETITON FOR COMPLETE MEMBERS

The is our improved quest to find COMPLETE's most well rounded duo! 

This is not your normal CrossFit competition. There are no random events or unnecessary fluff. All events have the purpose to measure a particular aspect of fitness in a simple, easy to judge format. The events come together to prove the most well rounded athletes in a FUN & ENTERTAINING way! 

ALL LEVELS CAN DO THIS COMP INCLUDING ROOKIES!

For all events, partners can switch designation of Partner 1/2 based on event

RX - Teams of 2

  • Male/Male
  • Female/Female
  • Completes most WOD's as RX
  • Top 10-15% in most categories at gym
  • Checkout last years workouts and standards to help your choice!

Scaled - Teams of 2

  • Male/Male
  • Female/Female
  • Completes most WOD's scaled
  • Rookie through Intermediate 
  • Checkout last years workouts and standards to help your choice!

LEGENDS - Teams of 2

  • Male/Male
  • Female/Female
  • Both members must 40+ years of age  
  • Checkout last years workouts and standards to help your choice!

Adapative SPECIAL - Teams of 2 

  • NEW THIS YEAR!
  • One Adaptive athelte + One non-adaptive athlete 
  • can be mix of any gender
  • workouts will a mix of adapted movements for adapative movements and non adpative movements for non-adaptive  athletes

Workouts

Endurance 

For time - 25 minute CAP 

5/4.5 KM Ski 

  • Partners Switch every minute 
  • Partner not on SKIERG will complete continuous KB farmers carry 35/26 

1s will be added for each meter remaining at CAP

FOR TIME  

Partner 1 completes

4 rounds of 

12 Wall Balls 20/14 → 14/10 
9 Box Overs 24/20 
6 Power Cleans 135/85 → 115/75 

Partner 2 completes

2 rounds of  

24 Wall Balls 20/14 → 14/10 
18 Box Overs 24/20 
12 Power Cleans 135/85 → 115/75

For all events, the designation of Partner 1/2 can be switched based the strategy for that event. 

Adaptive version 

4 rounds 

  • 12 Wall Balls 12/10 @ 8 feet 
  • 9 Box Turns 
  • 6 Power Cleans @ 65/45 from Lap 

or

2 rounds 

  • 24 Wall Balls 12/10 @ 8 feet
  • 18 Box Turns
  • 12 Power Cleans @ 65/45 from Lap 

 

Anaerobic Power + Brute Strength (FLOATER) 

For time - 7 minute CAP 

10 RFT (5 each partner) 

  • 2 Tire flips
  • 20 ft Sled Push

Adaptive Version 

  • 3 Bike Calories
  • 4 Slam Ball Side to Sides  

Speed and Athleticism 

For time 

Partner 1 Completes 

250’ Burpee Shuttle Run 

Then Partner 2 completes 

250’ Burpee Shuttle Run 

Explosiveness (FLOATER) 

For total distance 

Partner 1 - Max Med Ball Toss 
Partner 2 - Max Triple Jump

Athletes will have 5 minutes to complete both test

Athlete 1 will complete a Max Med Ball Toss  

Athlete 2 will complete a Max Triple Jump 

Each athlete will have 3 opportunities to establish a best jump 

Triple Jump Inches + MB TOSS Inches = Score 

For all events, the designation of Partner 1/2 can be switched based the strategy for that event. 

Muscle Stamina 

For total reps 

Partner 1 completes 

Max UB Single Arm DB Strict Press

  • 60/35 = RX 
  • 50/25 = Scaled, Legends, Adaptive 

Partner 2 completes 

Max UB Chin-ups or Max Chin-up style bar hang 

In 7 minutes For Max Reps -

Strict Press + Strict Chins = Score

In 3 minutes Athlete 1 will complete a single Max UB Set of KB Strict Press

1 minute Transition 

In 3 minutes Athlete 2 will complete a single Max UB Set of Strict CHINS. Each CHIN will score as 2 reps 

RX - no scales 

Scaled, LEGENDS, and Adapative 

athletes can choose to complete a Max Effort Dead Hang in place of strict chins for points athlete will receive 1 rep for every 30s 

 

In 15 minutes 

Athlete 1 will have 7 minutes and 3 attempts complete a 1RM FRONT SQUAT 

1 minute transition 

Athlete 2 will have 7 minutes and 3 attempts complete complete a 1RM BENCH PRESS  

Athletes will only work one at a time and each will have a set time to establish their max.
