Nordic Masters League Team Series
About This Competition
This exciting new online masters team competition format invites two-person teams—comprising of the same sex pairs—from across Finland and around the globe to compete head-to-head across multiple divisions. Open to all levels, the same gender Team Series is designed to foster camaraderie, showcase skill, and celebrate the spirit of competition.
Whether you’re an experienced team or looking to step up to the challenge for the first time, this event promises thrilling matchups and an inclusive environment that brings together athletes from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
📅 Event Details: The NML team series is an ONLINE competition only, scheduled to take place from August 29th- Septemeber 12 2025.
Registrations will open on the 9th of May at 13:00 EEST.
💪 Competition Format: Prepare yourselves for 3 challenging WODs (Workouts of the Day) over a 2 week period. These workouts can be performed as many times as you like but must be completed within the 2 week period.
- Divisons (Same sex)- Soldiers (Scaled), Warriors (Intermediate), Hero (RX)
- 35-44 & 45-54
👭If your age falls out of the required age group and you have a partner who is of the correct age, the older partner can enter into a younger divison but not the other way around. Old can go down but young CANT go up.
- 3 Qualifier workouts will be released on the 29th August at 13:00 EEST
- Your team will have two weeks to complete all 3 workout
- You can perform the workouts at your own affiliate, gym, or training facility.
- Movement standards will be provided
- Each workout must require a judge (no judges course needed)
- You can perform each workout as many times as you like within the allocated two week period. Once you submit your verified scores, you will be able to track your results on the leaderboard alongside other athletes in your division.
-All workouts are to be recorded and is mandatory, so we can validate your scores.
