Wolfpack Open Fest es nuestra propia versión del CrossFit Open, pero con un giro muy Wolfpack. Aquí no buscamos al más fit del gimnasio, sino que queremos que la gente la pase increíble, se conecte con la comunidad y siga motivada a entrenar. Este es un evento hecho para que todos se diviertan, conozcan más personas y se sientan parte de algo grande. No se trata de quién levanta más, sino de quién la pasa mejor.

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell

3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads

30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.
