The CrossFit Tay Ho Invitational 2024
About This Competition
The Tay Ho Invitational is a competitive functional-fitness event in an environment that is fun, safe and accessible.
It's an exclusive 1 day [dual location] event for Mixed Teams of 4 (MM:FF).
The competition will be between CrossFit Tay Ho athletes and our friends from our closest boxes in Vietnam - who have all been invited to enter a team into each division to showcase their abilities:
