NN THROWDOWN - MIXED PAIRS
About This Competition
Join us for our 1 day Mixed Pairs competition on SEPTEMBER 23RD OR 24th 2023 at NENE TRAINING, Northamptonshire.
You can choose one of two categories - EVERYDAY or RX.
EVERYDAY will compete on SATURDAY 23RD and RX will compete on SUNDAY 24TH.
Our event sponsors, NRG, Aflete Co & Anti Social Athletes Club will be providing all our podium finishers with awesome prizes!
MOVEMENT STANDARDS - These are a guideline to advise on the most suitable category for you and your partner. Not all movements written below are guaranteed to appear in the competition. There will be NO Handstand Walking, Handstand Push-Ups, Push-Ups or Pistol Squats.
EVERYDAY
- Full Range Bodyweight Movements (Both Athletes)
- Hanging Knee Raises (Both Athletes - Ability to perform synchro)
- Barbell GTOH 40/30kg* (Both Athletes)
- Box Step Overs 24/20 Inch (Both Athletes)
- Dumbbell Movements 15/10kg (Both Athletes)
- Kettlebell Movements 16/12kg (Both Athletes)
RX
- Full Range Bodyweight Movements (Both Athletes)
- Toe to Bar (Both Athletes - Ability to perform synchro)
- Pull-Ups (Both Athletes)
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (One Athlete)
- Bar Muscle Ups (One Athlete)
- Barbell GTOH 60/40kg* (Both Athletes)
- Box Jumps 24/20 Inch (Both Athletes)
- Dumbbell Movements 22.5/15kg (Both Athletes)
- Kettlebell Movements 24/16kg (Both Athletes)
*Ability to cycle for approx. 5 reps
