The Fine Print:
-Row Meters: RX and Masters, Men & Women, row meters as above, all Scaled teams row 800m, 600m, 400m & 200m
-Pull-Ups: Chin-over-bar is the standard, Scaled teams will sub ring rows
-Burpee Box Jump Overs: Everyone is 24/20, Scaled and Masters can step up. Burpees are done box facing
-Partners will divide the row as needed, and once complete will move on to the pull-ups and BBJO, also dividing the work as needed. There is no minimum work requirement.

The Fine Print:
-With a total of 9 minutes, partners use the time as needed to each complete the heaviest complex possible
-Teams get one barbell. Partners do not need to complete the same weights/attempts.
-The complex is done with one grip! Athletes can regrip at the hips or shoulders.
-Hang Cleans can be power or squat
-S2OH can be any press or jerk so long as the feet come back together with the barbell locked out overhead to complete the lift

The Fine Print:
-Reps are completed as: 21 Snatches, 42 T2B, 15 Snatches, 30 T2B, 9 Snatches, 18 T2B
-Teams get one barbell. Partners share the work as needed. There is no minimum work requirement.
-SNATCHES - RX teams are to do SQUAT snatches. Scaled and Masters teams can hit POWER snatches (squat snatches will count here as well).
-TOES TO BAR - RX and Masters teams will do T2B. Scaled teams will do hanging knee raises.

Max Wall Walks and Max Assault Bike Cals

The Fine Print:
-One partner starts on Wall Walks while the other cranks out Assault Bike Cals at the same time
-There is a 90-Second rest between rounds, after which partners will swap spots for the second round.
-Wall Walk Standards: Think CrossFit Open Standards, though Scaled teams will walk slightly farther back. Start and End lines will be marked for all divisions. Hands must start in front of the start line and must touch the end line. When beginning the wall walk, the athlete's hands must not leave the start line until both feet are off the ground and their hands must be back at the start line before their feet come off the wall.
