A Mixed Pairs CrossFit competition that will test all your abilities. 

 

Take on 6 workouts over one day to see who will stand at the top of the podium. 

 

Divisions:

  • RX 
  • Scaled 

Movements for RX: 

  • Double Unders 
  • Rope Climbs 
  • TTB 
  • Pullups 
  • HSPU 
  • Snatch 40/60kg
  • Clean & Jerk 60/80kg 
  • Deadlift 70/100kg 

 

Movements for Scaled: 

  • Single Unders 
  • Rope Pulls 
  • Hanging Knees to chest 
  • Piked Push Ups 
  • Snatch 20/40kg
  • Clean & Jerk 40/60kg
  • Deadlift 50/70kg 

 
This is a fun and busy competition that is targeting teams in the local area. It will be a great place to start for your first competition.

Workouts

Within your pairs complete (9 minute timecap)

E2MOM 2 Rope Climbs

150 Wall Balls (Female 6kg Male 9kg)

Once complete Max Cal Echo within the remaining time.

Any athlete can complete the Rope Climbs, however they must tag their partner to start the Wall Balls if not attempting themselves.

Within your pairs complete (12 min Timecap)

50 TTB

50 HSPU

50 Pullups

50 Overhead Lunges (35/50kg)

Whenever a pair breaks up leaves the rig/drops the bar 10 Synchro Burpees must be performed before continuing with your workout.

Perform as many reps as possible on each station. You score will be your total reps between the pairs. One Athlete must hold their weight at the hip before the other continues to perform the movement required. Change as many times as you wish within each round.

8 stations

1min on 30sec rest

1, 25/45kg

2, 30/50kg

3, 35/55kg

4, 40/60kg

5, 45/65kg

6, 50/70kg

7, 55/75kg

8, 60/80kg

Complete as fast as possible within a 12min timecap

Partners must complete the run together.

800m Run

50 Syncro Devil Press 15/22.5kg

400m Run (Carry 16/20kg Kettlebell)

200 Double Unders

Within 7mins establish a 4 rep max Front Squat

When the clock strikes 7min athletes will move straight to part B.

E2MOM Complete as many calories as possible;

The workout is complete at 13mins. Switch as many times as you like between the pairs.
