Freedom Games
About This Competition
On July 18-19, 2025, CrossFit Greenwood will host its eighth annual Freedom Games Competition featuring 2-person, same-sex teams of Scaled, Intermediate, Rx and Elite divisions. We will also be introducing a Master's Division this year. To be eligible for the Master's Division both team members must be 35+ with a combined age of 75+.
The workouts in the Freedom Games will be challenging and designed to be performed with intense effort, just as fallen soldiers gave for our Freedom. By participating in the Freedom Games, athletes will come together to recognize, honor, and show respect to individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
