About This Competition
The annual fitness event like no other - set on a beautiful farm in the Sussex countryside.
It's everything CrossFit can offer and more, with 4,500 sq ft of indoor space and over 20 acres of outdoor farmland and it's in third year, it's set to be even bigger and better!
The event includes teams of 4 (x2 males and x2 females) with both RX and Scaled categories.
Think CrossFit, think fun, think an amazing atmosphere to battle in. Why not make a weekend of it? Sunshine (hopefully), spectators, sourdough pizza's, beer tent, DJ and much more.
Ultimately, we are all about fitness and fun!
To take part in the RX the minium movement standards you would be expected to be competent in
50/30kg snatch
60/40kg clean + Jerk/ Squat
Toes to bar
Pull ups
Carry a 50/30kg sandbag
Double Unders
These are guidelines.
For scaled, strength movements will be the same as above at lighter loads. Gymnastics will be knees to chest.

Team Relay Shuttle Run - For Time
Athletes will take it in turns to run ≈100m carrying a sandbag.
Sandbag loads:
RX 50/40kg
Scaled 40/30kg
Athletes will have to hurdle hay bails on their shuttle, down and back, before the next member can start their shuttle.
The sandbag can be carried on the shoulder or in a bear hug position.
Athletes are not permitted to pass the sandbag to each other, and they are not permitted to touch their sandbag until their teammate crosses the line. If you do, you will receive a time penalty that will be added to your total time taken.
🔸️This workout is scored on time taken for all 4 athletes to complete the relay.
For time
As a team, athletes will complete a 500m team run.
Then, when they return to their lanes, they will work through the following:
RX
21-15-9
Worm thrusters + Sync burpees over the worm
Scaled
18-12-6
Worm squats + Sync burpees over the worm
When all the worm movements and burpees have been completed, the team will run over the start / finish line for their time to complete.
Teams will complete max reps of athletes and sandbags over the A-frame.
Sandbag weights for both categories 50kg, 40kg, 30kg, 20kg.
All athletes and sandbags need to get over the A-frame from one side to the other.
When all team members and sandbags are on the other side, they will then repeat this process for the remaining time.
RX teams may NOT assist each other over the A-frame.
Scaled athletes CAN assist each other over the A-frame.
A rep counts when a sandbag or athlete makes it all the way over the A-frame. E.g. each passing of all sandbags and team members over the A-frame = 8 reps
