About This Competition
Welcome to 2022 DTOWN THROWDOWN!
This is the longest running CrossFit Team Competition on the East Coast, celebrating our 9th Edition this year!
THIS YEAR EACH TEAM WILL RECEIVE A TEAM PERSONALIZED SIGN, T-SHIRTS, AND EACH MEMBER WILL GET A SET OF DTOWN WRISTBANDS!
With the Pandemic Behind us and close to 400 competitors in the last 3 editions, we are aiming to be as big, fun and challenging as the previous 8 years and will be building on our past experience!
DTOWN is a 4 person, 2 Male+2 Female team competition, with 3 divisions, RX - Competitive - Masters(35+)
Each team is guaranteed 3 workouts + 1 Strength
10 Teams in each division will advance to the semi-finals, and 6 teams will advance to the finals!
ONE Day competition means we start early and we get it done in one day giving you time to travel and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
