About This Competition

The Elite Experiment

is a monthly online fitness challenge. Workouts will separate the average from the elite. All months will vary in tests. The experiment could be a lift, gymnastics movement, or an endurance challenge. Welcome to Squatember! (hint hint) Let's see what you're made of!

Elite Experiment: Squatember

will be an individual challenge and consist of 2 different experiments. One experiment will be a lift, and the other experiment will be a gymnastics movement.

Here's the workout announcement and result deadline schedule for Squatember:

· Experiment #1 and #2 will be released on September 24 at 7:00pm CST.

· Results for Experiment #1 and #2 are due by September 30 at 7:00pm CST.

Divisions

There are 2 separate divisions for Squatember: Male & Female.

Scoring

Athletes must complete both experiments to be eligible to win. The competition will be scored using a Point per Place method. Your place equals your points. 1st place = 1 point, 2nd place = 2 points, 3rd place = 3 points, etc. Your total score for the competition will be the point total from both experiments combined. Lowest score wins. The overall tiebreaker is will be announced with the second experiment.

Video proof must be submitted with all results.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the overall Men's and Women's Champions. You may submit multiple results for each experiment prior to the deadline.

There are no registration refunds.
