Join CrossFit Synergistics for the WINTER MELTDOWN, a partner competition, on January 20, 2024.

Rx, Scaled, Rx Masters, and Scaled Masters divisions available. (M/M & F/F)

All masters athletes must be 40+ before competition day.

Register by Saturday, 1/6/24 to receive a competition shirt.

Workouts

Part A - 8 Minute Cap

One athlete works while one rests. Any reps left at the 8 minute cap will be added to your score.

Example: If you had 18 Toes to Bar left at the 8 minute cap your score would be 8:18. If you finish before the 8 minute cap you will rest until the 10 minute mark and then start Part B.

Part B - Starting at the 10 minute mark you have 6 minutes for each teammate to establish a 1 rep max thruster. Each team will get one bar and a complete set of plates (2 45’s, 2 35’s, 2 25’s, 2 15’s, 2 10’s 2 5’s, 2 2.5’s). The score for part B will be the weight of both lifts combined.
