About This Competition

SWET In-House Games for Members
 

Welcome to our 3rd SWET In-House Games to close out 2023. 

Date: Saturday 09 Dec 2023

Time: 8-12pm (SWET Xmas Party to follow afterwards)

Where: SWET 

This fun individual in-house competition will test you mentally and physically as you compete against other SWET'ers for the highly coveted SWET Games trophy.

You get to choose your category but if we think you could go higher, we will re-categorise you. Please take this as a compliment.

All workouts will be based on what we do in the gym and will be released on our SWET Members FB page during the lead-up to the day

REGISTRATIONS CLOSE Sunday 03 December 2023. 

An invoice will be emailed to you upon completion of this registration form.

On the 3, 2, 1 GO the Athlete at the start of every minute must complete 6 SHUTTLES before starting on the first movement of the chipper. The Athlete cannot move onto the next movement untill all repetitions have been completed.

Score is Time taken to complete the prescribed repetitions. If a competitor does not finish before the 6 minute time cap, athletes will be asked for total completed reps.
