Some movements will be adapted on the day to ensure all taking part can complete/ compete. We want to make our comps all inclusive and competitive, not isolating.

Example;

Hanging knees to chest - Higher amount of Ab pad sit-ups.

Banded Pull-ups - higher amount of reps ring rows.
