15 LATERAL BURPEE BOX JUMP OVERS (INT/Masters STEP OVER)

9 ALTERNATING DUMBBELL SNATCHES 50/35 (INT/Masters 35/20)

20 YARD DUMBBELL OVERHEAD WALKING LUNGE (INT/Masters Front Rack Lunge)

BUY OUT 400M RUN

BOTH ATHLETES RUN THE 400M FOR THE BUYIN & BUYOUT WITH A BATON HANDOFF.AFTER BOTH OF THE ATHLETES HAVE COMPLETED THE RUN.  ATHLETE #1 WILL START CHIPPER. ONCE ATHLETE #1 COMPLETES CHIPPER THEY DROP THE DUMBBELL AT THE 40 YARD LINE AND SPRINT BACK TO THE RIG TO TAG ATHLETE #2.  ATHLETE #2 WILL SPRINTS  TO DUMMBELL AND BEGINS CHIPPER IN REVERSE ORDER.  AFTER ATHLETE #2 HAS COMPLETED CHIPPER.  ATHLETE #1 HEADS BACK OUT ON THE TRACK FOR 400M.  BATON HANDOFF & ATHLETE #2 RUNS 400M.

-WEIGHTS MAY BE PRELOADED ON THE BAR AT THE START OF THE 5 MINUTE MARK FOR EACH ATHLETE.

-ATHLETES MAY HELP EACH OTHER LOAD THE PLATES.

-ONCE THE ATHLETE INCREASES THE WEIGHT ON THE BAR THEY ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO DECREASE THE WEIGHT ON THE BAR.

-THE WEIGHT MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH THE JUDGE BEFORE ATTEMPTING THE LIFT.
