Workouts
Teams may split reps however as long as 2 partners complete each rep in a synchro manner

After all reps are completed shall accumulate a total of 22 muscle ups split however

Each team will assign one athlete to each of the following lifts. Once those athletes have established which lift they are going to perform they will have 6 MINUTES to complete a 1RM in the lift they chose. Each team will be working at the same time to complete their lifts.
Back Squat
Shoulder to Overhead
Clean
Snatch
*Score is total weight from all athletes combined

1 Male/1 Female Start
5 Synchro Pull Ups
10 Synchro Push Ups
15 Synchro Air Squats
Other partners (1M/1F) complete a 400 M run and switch places upon return. Original M/F team will then run while the other M/F team works. Score is total reps completed. (Scaled just has to accumulate 5 Pull Ups split however.
Teams will split into MM/FF pairs and will alternate rounds of the following
6 Rounds
7 Squat Cleans (155/105)
7 Shoulder to Overhead (155/105)
7 Box Step Overs (70/50)
*Scale (95/65) (50/35) DB
Score will be combined time of M/F teams
